Overview

Whether you are a new student or an existing student you are welcome to join members of the OU Mind, Body and Spirit Club in this informal session. 

About our Club: 

  • We are a group of students who share ideas on how to look after our health and wellbeing as well as improving our minds, bodies, and spirits. Our aims are to find ways to prepare mentally, physically, and spiritually for present challenges and those that lie ahead. Sharing experiences and knowledge of ways can help us to find balance within our lives and may aid studying, improve motivation, and attain our goals. 
  • Please join us where we will have a general discussion around the club topic and an opportunity for OU students to ask questions and talk to other OU students.
