Overview

Are you apprehensive about starting/returning to your studies or have you been worrying about a tricky situation or difficult challenge in your life? Could you benefit from thinking about it in a more structured and positive way?

If your response is ‘yes,’ please come along and join our session. We will take you through an activity which will help you learn more about yourself, your situation and identify possible next steps and action. You can then use this technique again and again to support you in your OU studies and in life.

This session highlights just one of the techniques used within self-coaching. It can help you in your studies to develop your self-awareness and self-confidence, strengthen your determination, improve your motivation and encourage you to take action.

We look forward to seeing you there!
