 <p><strong>Laughter Yoga</strong></p>\n\n<p>Come and join us for some Lau
 ghter 🤣</p>\n\n<p>You don&rsquo\;t need any experience or equipment\, an
 d there are no Downward Dogs or other yoga poses.&nbsp\; We play and laug
 h.&nbsp\; The &lsquo\;yoga&rsquo\; part is breathing\, and maybe a short 
 meditation at the end.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Laughter boosts happy hormones w
 hich reduce stress and depression.&nbsp\; It also relieves pain\, strengt
 hens the immune system\, boosts creativity\, reduces inhibitions and much
  more</strong></p>\n\n<p>Ideally we all have our cameras and mics on so w
 e can see and hear each other &ndash\; laughter is contagious\, just like
  yawning.&nbsp\; You can of course have your camera turned off if you pre
 fer.&nbsp\; If you&rsquo\;ve got a lot of noise around you\, please mute 
 yourself.</p>\n\n<p>CAUTION: Please bear in mind that laughter is cardio-
 vascular exercise &ndash\; sometimes referred to as &lsquo\;internal jogg
 ing&rsquo\;.&nbsp\; Take appropriate care if you have any health conditio
 ns where that could be an issue.&nbsp\; You may want to seek medical advi
 ce\, or simply start slowly and gently\, see how you get on.</p>\n\n<p>PL
 EASE NOTE I do record the session for security purposes (in case of zoom 
 bombers).&nbsp\; It&rsquo\;s not uploaded anywhere\, and I delete it afte
