 >You don&rsquo\;t need any experience or equipment\, and there are no Dow
 nward Dogs or other yoga poses.&nbsp\; We play and laugh.&nbsp\; The &lsq
 uo\;yoga&rsquo\; part is breathing\, and maybe a short meditation at the 
 end.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Laughter boosts happy hormones which reduce stress
  and depression.&nbsp\; It also relieves pain\, strengthens the immune sy
 stem\, boosts creativity\, reduces inhibitions and much more</strong></p>
 \n\n<p>Ideally we all have our cameras and mics on so we can see and hear
  each other &ndash\; laughter is contagious\, just like yawning.&nbsp\; Y
 ou can of course have your camera turned off if you prefer.&nbsp\; If you
 &rsquo\;ve got a lot of noise around you\, please mute yourself.</p>\n\n<
 p>CAUTION: Please bear in mind that laughter is cardio-vascular exercise 
 &ndash\; sometimes referred to as &lsquo\;internal jogging&rsquo\;.&nbsp\
 ; Take appropriate care if you have any health conditions where that coul
 d be an issue.&nbsp\; You may want to seek medical advice\, or simply sta
 rt slowly and gently\, see how you get on.</p>\n\n<p>PLEASE NOTE I do rec
 ord the session for security purposes (in case of zoom bombers).&nbsp\; I
