 n<p>Come and join us for some Laughter 🤣</p>\n\n<p>You don&rsquo\;t need
  any experience or equipment\, and there are no Downward Dogs or other yo
 ga poses.&nbsp\; We play and laugh.&nbsp\; The &lsquo\;yoga&rsquo\; part 
 is breathing\, and maybe a short meditation at the end.</p>\n\n<p><strong
 >Laughter boosts happy hormones which reduce stress and depression.&nbsp\
 ; It also relieves pain\, strengthens the immune system\, boosts creativi
 ty\, reduces inhibitions and much more</strong></p>\n\n<p>Ideally we all 
 have our cameras and mics on so we can see and hear each other &ndash\; l
 aughter is contagious\, just like yawning.&nbsp\; You can of course have 
 your camera turned off if you prefer.&nbsp\; If you&rsquo\;ve got a lot o
 f noise around you\, please mute yourself.</p>\n\n<p>CAUTION: Please bear
  in mind that laughter is cardio-vascular exercise &ndash\; sometimes ref
 erred to as &lsquo\;internal jogging&rsquo\;.&nbsp\; Take appropriate car
 e if you have any health conditions where that could be an issue.&nbsp\; 
 You may want to seek medical advice\, or simply start slowly and gently\,
  see how you get on.</p>\n\n<p>PLEASE NOTE I do record the session for se
 curity purposes (in case of zoom bombers).&nbsp\; It&rsquo\;s not uploade
