 p>Come and join us for some Laughter on Zoom 🤣</p>\n\n<p>You don&rsquo\;
 t need any experience or equipment\, and there are no Downward Dogs or ot
 her challenging poses.&nbsp\; We do simple playful exercises and laugh to
 gether.&nbsp\; The &lsquo\;yoga&rsquo\; part is breathing\, and maybe a s
 hort meditation at the end.</p>\n\n<p>Laughter boosts happy hormones whic
 h reduce stress and depression.&nbsp\; It also relieves pain\, strengthen
 s the immune system\, boosts creativity\, reduces inhibitions and much mo
 re.</p>\n\n<p>We have our cameras and mics on so we can see and hear each
  other &ndash\; laughter is contagious\, just like yawning.&nbsp\; It is 
 a safe space\, there&rsquo\;s no comedy or no jokes and we never laugh at
  each other.</p>\n\n<p>CAUTION: Please bear in mind that laughter is card
 io-vascular exercise &ndash\; sometimes referred to as &lsquo\;internal j
 ogging&rsquo\;.&nbsp\; Take appropriate care if you have any health condi
 tions where that could be an issue.&nbsp\; You may want to seek medical a
 dvice\, or simply start slowly and gently\, see how you get on.</p>\n\n<p
 >NOTE: I do record the session for security purposes (in case of gate-cra
 shers).&nbsp\; It&rsquo\;s not uploaded anywhere\, and I delete it after
