 ong></h3>\n\n<p>As the Faculty Representative for Wellbeing\, Education a
 nd Language Studies (WELS)\, Charon&#39\;s main priority for her term is 
 ensuring that all WELS students are given a voice in all matters concerni
 ng them. She also works with the rest of the Student Leadership Team (SLT
 ) to improve academic outcomes for neurodiverse students and underreprese
 nted student groups.&nbsp\;Charon&rsquo\;s&nbsp\;Master&#39\;s in Educati
 on&nbsp\;Dissertation was on Understanding Dyslexia in an online learning
  Environment.&nbsp\;</p>\n\n<h3><strong>About Natalie Baker&nbsp\;</stron
 g></h3>\n\n<p>As the President of Open SU\, Natalie leads and empowers th
 e Student Leadership Team (SLT)\, ensuring that they can advocate for stu
 dents on the issues that matter to them. As Natalie sits within the highe
 r governance levels\, she also&nbsp\;represents&nbsp\;students in the spa
 ces where change happens\, and ensures students are always a part of any
