 About Dr Poppy Gibson&nbsp\;</strong></h3>\n\n<p>Dr Poppy Gibson is an ac
 ademic with ADHD\, and an advocate for fostering neuro-affirming spaces i
 n education. After over a decade teaching and leading in London primary s
 chools\, Poppy now lecturers in education at the Open University\, suppor
 ting adult learners on their journeys. Poppy&#39\;s research centres on w
 ellbeing and mental health in education\, with a focus on supporting neur
 odivergent learners and educators. Poppy is also a parent to three childr
 en\, two biological and one adopted\, and is passionate about raising awa
 reness of how to support children in recognising their strengths rather t
 han seeing neurodivergence as a deficit to be overcome.&nbsp\;</p></body>
