This event is for Black and Black mixed herita ge OU students who would like to connect across faculties\, hear from ins piring speakers\, and take part in a guided campus tour. It is an opportu nity to come together\, build meaningful connections\, and share the expe rience.

We recognise that events designed for specific student communities can sometimes raise questions. This initiative forms part of the University&rsquo\;s ongoing work to achieve more equitable outcomes f or all students. This initiative supports more equitable outcomes\, respo nding to evidence that Black students report lower sense of belonging. It provides a supportive space to build connection\, alongside wider inclus ive opportunities for all students\, ensuring underrepresented voices are better supported\, valued\, and heard fully.
