. Your ideas. Your Students&rsquo\; Union.</p><p>As promised in my manife
sto\, we are opening a monthly hour where you can speak directly with the
President and Deputy President of Open SU.</p><p>Whether you are on day
1 or day 1000 of your student journey\, your voice matters. This is a fri
endly and informal space where you can ask questions\, share ideas\, rais
e wider student concerns\, or simply come along with a cuppa and listen t
o what other students have to say.</p><p>You can ask a question during th
e session or submit one in advance if you would feel more comfortable doi
ng so. You do not need to be an expert\, know how Open SU works\, or arri
ve with the perfectly worded question. If something matters to you\, it m
atters to us\, and you are welcome in the room.</p><p>A member of the Ope
n SU team will help support and monitor each session so that it remains w
elcoming\, respectful and accessible for everyone. Different experiences
and opinions are welcome\, but we will always ask that people engage with
one another kindly and respectfully.</p><p>We may not always have an imm
ediate answer\, but we promise to listen\, be honest about what we do and
do not know\, and take questions away when further information is needed
. Wherever possible\, we will also share updates and follow-up responses
after the session.</p><p>As this is an open event\, we will not be able t
o discuss individual complaints\, confidential information\, or concerns
involving named students or staff. However\, we will make sure you are di
rected to the right person or process so that your concern does not simpl
y disappear.</p><p>After each event\, there will be a short feedback form
where you can tell us what worked\, what we could do better\, and what y
ou would like to talk about next time. These sessions should be shaped by
students\, not simply delivered to students.</p><p>So\, bring your quest
ions\, your ideas and your honest experiences. Whether you want to speak\
, listen\, or just find out a little more about what your Students&rsquo\
 ; Union does\, you will be very welcome.</p><p>From day 1 to day 1000\, w
e want students to know that their elected representatives are here\, lis
tening and ready to have the conversation.</p><p>This is your hour\, your
voice and your opportunity to help shape what comes next.</p><p>Please e
 nter your questions here:&nbsp\;</p><p data-pasted="true"><a data-fr-link
