ar Series with a session focused on the unique challenges faced by women
during the menopause transition and how low-intensity Cognitive Behaviour
al Therapy (CBT) can be tailored to meet their needs. Mental health impac
ts of menopause are often overlooked\, with symptoms such as anxiety\, pa
nic\, and low self-esteem treated in isolation rather than as interconnec
ted experiences.

Our speaker\, Lauren Dolby\, as a Senior Psycholog
ical Wellbeing Practitioner with a particular interest in the intersectio
n of menopause\, anxiety\, and self-esteem. In her clinical work\, Lauren
frequently supports peri- and menopausal women presenting with these con
cerns. Drawing on existing research \, this talk will explore how CBT tec
hniques and psychoeducation can be adapted to improve outcomes for this p
opulation.

The session will offer practical insights into current a
pproaches\, explore case studies\, and discuss how tailored interventions
can empower women to manage symptoms and build resilience. There will al
so be time for questions and discussion.

4th Nov Microsoft Teams 19
