Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Special DSG Awareness Session (12/05/2026, 15:00)

May 12^th is fibromyalgia awareness day and Rebecca and Clare would like to invite you to a DSG special meeting to discuss and raise awareness of fibromyalgia, what it is, how we cope and for those that have it, or conditions close to it, what we do to help it and manage it. This is a chance for you to ask us questions, to understand how they study, how they work and how you can work with them.

There is a chance that you will know others who have fibro' or will develop it, work with them in the future or even have neighbours with it. This is a chance to understand the condition.

So come along to an interactive session, your camera is only needed if you want it, you can share notes before hand and we can read out allowing anonymity, we are also fine if you don't have your mic on and just want to use the chat box, the key for us is that this is a safe, relaxed space for you to listen, share, learn and ask questions.
