If you are enthusiastic about bringing OU students together, event planning and volunteering, apply to become an Event and Meet-Up Host today and be a part of your Students Association. Whether you are looking to run events online, or would prefer to organise meetups in your area, this is the role for you.
Have a hobby you’d love to enjoy with others? Love writing quizzes and want to share them with your community? This role will allow you to do just that and so much more.
Meet-Up and Event Hosts arrange gatherings in their local area or online to engage with the student community in a safe and welcoming environment. It may be in a local coffee shop or community center, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect – it’s completely up to you!
You will have access to full role training and it is entirely up to you how often your meetups are run.
