If you’re having a rough time you can access online support 24-hours a day, seven days a week at Togetherall. This resource is free to OU students and provides a safe space for you to get things off your chest, explore your feelings and learn how to improve and self-manage your mental health and wellbeing. Whether you’re struggling to sleep, feeling low, stressed or not coping, Togetherall can help you get support, take control and feel better.
The service is available at any time of the day and night, and there will always be someone there to talk to. It’s completely anonymous, so nobody will know you’ve used the website unless you choose to tell them. You can use the service whenever you need it from any device with an internet connection, and some 93 per cent of members report feeling better as a result of using the service.
To join Togetherall’s supportive online community, click the button below to register. You’ll need to use your OU email address (provided with Microsoft Office365) to register.
This will be OUCU@ou.ac.uk (for example email@example.com). You can then choose an anonymous username for your time on the site.
If you have queries about your study, please contact your Student Support Team. The staff at Togetherall are there to help you with wellbeing but can’t answer specific questions about The Open University or your studies with us.
We welcome any and all feedback on your experience using the Togetherall service. Please complete this form to tell us your thoughts.
