Good mental health is a key ingredient for successful study. However, it is common to feel stressed or experience difficulties at some point during your study journey. This session will focus on how you can take care of your mental wellbeing and who you can turn to for help and support. This session is being delivered by Emma Greenstein, Mental Health Adviser at the OU.

Head to the Welcome Week conversation on OU Student Connect, where all event links will be posted on Friday 26 September (the day before Welcome Week begins).
