Join Sue, who is a qualified yoga instructor, for a half-hour session of Yoga from your chair. Everyone is welcome whatever your ability to this seated session which will include gentle movements to help ease tension in your body and promote wellbeing.

Head to the Welcome Week conversation on OU Student Connect, where all event links will be posted on Friday 26 September (the day before Welcome Week begins).
