Overview

Come and join us for a gentle seated yoga session with Anne, a qualified Dru yoga teacher.  Come, whatever your experience or fitness level – this session is for everybody and every body. We will do some easy stretches, a simple energy block release sequence to bring movement and ease into your spine, and will finish with a short relaxation.
