We have a Facebook group, a forum on the University’s servers and a chat platform (OU Students Connect), the latter two are open to our members only. They provide a valuable resource for students, allowing them to exchange information and take part in group discussions. All spaces are moderated.
The OU Students Association runs a number of forums using the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), accessed from your Student Home page on the OU website. The system provides students and staff with a virtual campus.
To see what are the upcoming events organised by the Disabled Student Group, visit the Group's events announcements on OU Students Connect.
We also use social media to enable you to engage with fellow members and stay up to date with our news and events.
The group rules are below - they apply in our Facebook group and on OU Connect. They are there to keep these spaces safe! Please ask a moderator via message if you are not sure about a post.
