Our organisation has three main bodies:
- The Board of Trustees
- The Student Leadership Team (SLT)
- The staff team
They are supported by student representatives and volunteers to enable them to make a positive difference for ALL OU students.
We are one team, working together to achieve the best results for students, all day, every day.
We aim to lead inclusively, and expect our leadership teams to put the wellbeing and success of our members first.
We expect everyone to question actions which are inconsistent with our values. We need teams who are not passive bystanders, but willing to stand up to what needs to change and help make it happen.
Support, passion, inclusion and enthusiasm are contagious, and we want it! Our teams are made up of amazing individuals with a range of talents, experience, knowledge and ideas. We want to get the most from our people, to provide our members with the best we can, so if you have an idea, we want to hear it!
