My name is Andrew Haddock and I am 43. I have studied with the OU since 2015, and I am currently working towards a degree in Criminology. I am now in my third year and am studying D212 this year.
I am really looking forward to my role as Secretary on the DSG committee. I work as a Deputy Manager at The Works and have 24 years of experience in retail, 15 of them in management, so I am used to keeping things organised, communicating clearly and making sure nothing gets missed.
I am currently a member of the Trans Steering Group, and I am passionate about representing disabled students, making sure their voices are heard and helping them get the adjustments they need. I have lived experience of AuDHD.
