"Creating hope through action” - World Suicide Prevention Day 10 September

World Suicide Prevention Day
the image shows an early morning sky and the text reads: World Suicide Prevention Day 10 September.

Content warning: suicide.

World Suicide Prevention Day was started in 2003 through a collaboration between the International Association for Suicide Prevention and the World Health Organization (WHO). “Creating hope through action” is the theme of the day this year, and is a reminder that through action there is an alternative to suicide.

NHS
World Health Organization

Saneline
Action for Happiness (including an inspiring monthly calendar)
