- Switchboard LGBT+ is a national LGBTQ+ support service offering a safe, confidential space for anyone who needs information, practical advice or emotional support. Support is available via telephone, instant message and email, with trained volunteers able to help with topics including coming out, gender identity, sexuality, relationships, mental health and signposting to other services.

- MindOut is a mental health charity run by and for LGBTQ+ people. The website offers online support, counselling, advocacy, peer support and a range of mental health resources designed specifically for LGBTQ+ communities.
- Galop is the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, providing confidential support for LGBT+ people experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, so-called conversion practices, and other forms of abuse. It offers a national helpline, advocacy services, emotional support and practical advice, all delivered by LGBT+ staff for LGBT+ people.
- MindLine Trans+ is a free, confidential emotional support helpline for transgender, non-binary, genderfluid and gender-diverse people, as well as their families, friends and carers. Staffed by trained volunteers with lived trans or non-binary experience (alongside trans allies), it provides a safe, anonymous space to talk, and offers signposting to further support services.
