Social and support groups

Consortium has a database of LGBTQIA+ groups and services, both online and in person. You can use this database to find services and groups in your area, as well as more specific support. You can also find out about events and job listings.
London Friend provides social groups, peer support, and counselling and wellbeing services for LGBTQ+ people, including dedicated groups for trans and non-binary people, older adults and neurodivergent community members.
Gendered Intelligence works with the trans community and those who impact trans lives. Gendered intelligence delivers youth groups (age 8 to 25) online and in person. They also provide groups for adults online.
Mermaids offers phone support and webchat for transgender people aged 19 and under, and their families. They also run monthly groups for young people and parents.
Spectra offers online and in-person groups in London, sexual health and transgender health support, and transgender peer mentoring services (18+).
