About me
I was appointed to the Board as an External Trustee in 2024, having previously been part of the Finance and Risk Committee since 2017 (when I was appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee). My background is in Human Resources, and I’m currently a Group Vice President with an aerospace and defense company where I specialize in reward and benefits. I have also worked in in the brewing, consultancy, oil exploration and insurance industries.
I think access to education is very important, and I’m delighted to be able to use my background and knowledge to support this, as well as use it as a learning opportunity for myself.
