What this role involves:
The Board of Trustees are responsible for the running of the Association's affairs and ensuring the Association is compliant with the financial and legal obligations it has as an organisation.
My priorities for this term:
The Open University provides great empathy for learners from all walks of life. I would like to see how we can enhance that further.
What I’ve been up to and what I’m currently working on:
I have been in tri-sector leadership roles for the past two decades. Now I teach in the mornings, consult in the afternoons and read/write in the evenings. I run my own consulting and training/coaching practice for tri-sector strategy-innovation-entrepreneurship and serve as series editor for the Routledge series on strategy wisdom and skills.

Read books, different disciplines of non-fiction books.
