About me
I’ve always been interested in supporting access to education, using my skills to support the voluntary sector and expanding my own skills and experience. Both my father and I studied at (and greatly enjoyed) the OU, so it was a fantastic opportunity for me to get involved.
I currently work in the telecoms industry and have broad finance experience, across running finance departments and advising business leaders.
Supporting the Association is a great opportunity to hear and learn from a wide range of perspectives. As well as the enthusiasm of staff and volunteers, I’ve been amazed by the range of activities and workload they cover. I am currently an appointed member of the Board, and also act as the Chair of the newly-formed Finance Risk and Remuneration Committee.
