These sessions are suitable for anyone studying/completing desk work. There will also be an opportunity to share with others your goals at the beginning, and achievements at the end, which will support you in memorising your work, and most importantly, feeling good about it!

- Share achievements/Any Other Business/Goodbyes (10mins): 13:50-14:00
- Session ends: 14:00 (Option to stay for a short chat if there are 2 hosts available to do so – 15mins - room to close by 14:15)
