Overview

Take this opportunity to gather, giggle and gossip with fellow students within our university, this event is open to all far and wide so whether you be Cardiff based, from Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch or residing on the Isle of Skye, please come along and engage with our Wales representative and Deputy President of the Students Association.

The intended venue was the OU in Wales Offices, however unfortunately, due to scheduling difficulties around the Easter holidays it has had to be changed to the coffee shop downstairs in the National Museum. We hope this poses no inconvenience to you and that you are as excited as our Wales representative to meet fellow students.

The Wales Area representative and Deputy President of the Open University Students Association look forward to welcoming you to our meetup at the Cardiff National Museum between 11am and 3pm on the 19th of April.

Please note our Values and Behaviour Policy before attending this event.

Please also note our Face-to-face Guidance for Accessing Meetings, Events and Activities. It is recommended that:

  1. Attendees are encouraged to take a lateral flow test before attending, and should only attend if the test is clearly negative.
  2. Attendees should NOT attend if they feel unwell at all (even if not COVID related) to minimise the risk of spreading any illness.
  3. Attendees are encouraged to act in accordance with the face-mask policy for the venue where the Meet-up is taking place, and at all times to respect others’ rights to wear a face-mask and maintain social distancing (where appropriate).
