OU Environmental Sustainability Society - Food for Thought: Sustainable Food Systems Panel

Join the OU Environmental Sustainability Society (OUESS) and a range of speakers, who will share about innovative projects to research and create sustainable food systems at both local and international levels. Each talk will be followed by a Q&A segment and last approximately half an hour. The guests are:

• A representative from Tony's Chocolonely to discuss their  responsible ingredient sourcing
• Dr Anne-Marie Bartlett, OU senior lecturer in Design, on The Anfield Green Food Strategy: Co-Researching a New Approach to Healthy Eating and Sustainability with Primary School Children' 

• Les Levidow, OU senior research fellow in Development , on the results of the 2024 Open Societal Challenge project "Boosting community-driven alternatives to the global agri-food industry"
