In this session Dr Jon Rainford, Senior Lecturer in Education, Childhood, Youth and Sport will share the ways in which his own neurodivergence has been a challenge but also an enabler of success.
Jon was previously VP Educational Support and Research in OUSA from 2012-14 and has studied a range of qualifications in the OU, most recently the MSc Psyuchology (conversion) so will share stories from both a student and staff perspective.
