Since 2008, the Mindapples Charity has been supporting people all around the world to take better care of their minds. They help people build good habits for looking after their minds, and share insights from psychology and behavioural science so we can understand our minds better.
In this 60-minute interactive discussion, Mindapples' Trainer Anna Golawski will discuss how a productive mind can cut through tasks and work smarter. We’ll explore techniques for maintaining concentration, making better use of your time and getting more done.
We’re all different, so finding what works for you is an important part of maintaining performance. Sustainable productivity starts with each of us. By learning to work in the way your mind works, you can get more done, and focus on what really matters.
This will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
We hope you can join us!
