We're listening and learning
At Open SU, we’re committed to making volunteering a meaningful and rewarding experience. That’s why during the next two weeks (23 June – 5 July), we’re sending out our Volunteering Satisfaction and Wellbeing Survey – Summer 2025 to all Open SU volunteers.
This anonymous, quarterly survey is part of our ongoing effort to understand how our volunteers are feeling in their roles, and how we can better support them. We’re asking:
- What’s working well?
- Where can we improve?
- How can we enhance volunteer wellbeing and recognition?
It only takes 10–15 minutes, but the insights we gain are invaluable. We’ve already made improvements based on previous feedback – and we’re committed to continuing that journey.
