The OU Wellbeing app makes looking after your wellbeing fun, interactive and stimulating by providing you with the tools to start building healthy, positive habits into your everyday life.

The app is centred around the 5 ways to wellbeing (Be Active, Connect, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give) and provides you with the tools to start building healthy, positive habits into your everyday life. You can create small daily habits in each area to boost your wellbeing and help you to become a happier, healthier you.

OU Wellbeing offers a feed of weekly posts which act as a wellbeing programme, providing you with advice and support to help you through your journey as a student, and the self-help catalogue gives you the tools at your fingertips to help manage your wellbeing positively and effectively. You can also take part in challenges with other students and become part of a global wellbeing community!

The app allows you to track your progress along the way and to gain awards to recognise the positive steps you're taking to boost your wellbeing. You can also access a library of self-help tools and podcasts to help you improve your wellbeing and study skills.
