I'm an international student which means I can't easily call the OU (it's expensive and I'd have to call in the middle of my night because of the time difference). Right now I have a big problem with the registration for my next module. I sent student support an e mail and all I got was insanely unhelpful ("just log in and click choose next module" when my problem is that I cant access that tab). In the end they told me to just call, but I cannot. Already last September that was a big issue and it's really frustrating. The chat wasn't very helpful either and also told me to call.
Also, it would be nice if there would be an emergency option. If I have a more urgent problem I'd like to have the option to contact the OU faster than just in five to ten businessdays (again, calling is no option for me).
