Books, Exams and Assssment - Executive Functioning

As a neurodivergent person I struggle with fluctuating executive functioning. Exams create additional pressure as the processing time to answer the question slows down under time pressure. Assssment is great as the timebound part is manageable and impacts less on processing speed and more focus can be given to achieving a good anwer not just working out what is being asked. Its unrealistic for most jobs as we dont work in exam conditions and penalises a lot of neurodivergent people from pursuing dreams/qualifications and can be an unnecessary barrier. While online is good in lots of ways, having the option of book for modules would be a great advantage, just seeing the information presented differently can be a big help in understanding and give a different perspective from the online word.
